INTRODUCTION

Why the spine is so important for both physical and mental health?
The spinal cord is well protected inside the spine. It also enjoys the protection of the meninges and cerebrospinal fluid. The spinal cord begins in the medulla oblongata, ends in the lower back, and is a part of the human’s central nervous system. Your physical nervous system connects the body with the external environment and provides the interconnection of all tissues and organs in the body. Nerves pass from the spinal cord to every organ of the body.
There are a total of thirty-one pairs of nerves that connect to the medulla (spinal cord), so a pair of nerves emerges from each vertebra (exception – although there are seven cervical vertebrae, there are eight cervical nerves). The nerves protrude from the intervertebral foramina of the spine. Look at the picture. You can see that there is a disk between each pair of vertebrae (except for so called atlas-axis pair). The disks are a little soft. Their purpose is to form a fibro-cartilage joint to allow a little movement of the vertebrae and to serve as a tendon, holding the vertebra. They also serve as a shock absorber for the spine and keep the adjacent vertebrae separated. When, for various reasons, some intervertebral disc thins, the distance between the two adjacent vertebrae decreases and the pair of nerves can be pinched. This explains the mechanism of so called back pain – when a nerve is pinched it hurts.
The spinal cord receives both inputs and outputs, that is, there are both neurons that receive information from the receptors of various organs and structures, and others that send information and commands to these areas. Given what has been said so far, it is well known in modern medicine that the spinal cord controls the organs of the body, communicating with them through the aforementioned pairs of nerves.
Thus, the spinal cord controls the body’s organs.
Both the health and the disease of each of the vertebrae of the spine leads to the health or disease of the relevant body organ or structure. In other words, the health of the spine is the most important prerequisite for the health of the physical body. That is why caring for your spine means taking care for your life.
For example, the damage of the first cervical vertebra leads to migraine, memory disorders, epilepsy (or swoon), hypertension, heaviness in the head. The impaired functionality of the seventh thoracic vertebra causes all liver diseases, cirrhosis, cholelithiasis, skin diseases, diseases of the hematopoietic organs.
The most of people have no idea about this. That’s why they don’t take care of their spine. They think, they are even convinced that it will serve them forever and that they can treat him irresponsibly forever. Alas, they didn’t guess! But when thanks to the pain they finally realize this, they often start to think that it is too late for treatment, or that they do not have time, or that they are too busy to spend fifteen minutes a day for their health and for their own joy. Such are some the games of their minds. Sometimes the mind helps, sometimes it doesn’t. And the final result in this case is a misery. Always the choice is yours.
So, in one sentence, what is the conclusion from what has been said so far? If you want a disease-free life, it’s time to start taking care of your spine every day.

Why a back pain occurs when a person is supposedly completely healthy? In simple words, when a nerve is pinched between two vertebrae, it hurts. A lot.

The only things you need are a strong desire to get rid of the back pain, but also the right exercises for this purpose. Fortunately, you’ve come to the right place here. This is not the only place of course, but unfortunately to these days, I do not know another place where they offer a system of extremely easy to perform and enjoyable exercises for the spine, which can be performed in no more than 15 minutes from almost everyone. Although the exercises should be like that, but only exercises for heroes and athletes are offered, although such people have almost no need for it.
The internet is full of “experts” in eliminating back pain, and more specifically in lower back pain. The spine carries the greatest loads in the lumbar region. It is normal for most people to have problems mainly in this region. There is a great interest in relieving low back pain. Where there is great interest, always there are pseudo-experts. They copy something here and there and then announce that the collection is for sale. Without ever testing it to see if it works at all… They just promise good results but there is no improvement even after all the serious effort. And most of them offer exercises not for ordinary people. They don’t care if they help people, they only care about getting paid for their fake help.
I did not create this set of exercises in this way. Back Pain Relief and Cure is the result of many years of trying a variety of exercises in the field of yoga and martial arts. And of changing the sequence of exercises to achieve the best results with the least effort and in the shortest time. Many of the tested exercises were rejected as unsuitable for beginners. Others were dismissed months later as completely or partially ineffective, or as too dangerous and nerve-wracking instead of releasing them, or as ineffective, or as too time and efforts consuming, or as one-sidedly flexible… After years of selection, I chose the ones that really work and are suitable for almost all beginners, even for those who are not too much overweight or even if they have very little flexibility.
